Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper for easier removal.

    Make the Brownie Layer:

      - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar until well combined.

        - Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

          - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.

            - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan, spreading it evenly.

              Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

                - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

                  - Gradually add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated, followed by the vanilla extract. Be careful not to overmix.

                    Assemble the Cheesecake:

                      - Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the springform pan. Spread it evenly to ensure a smooth surface.

                        Bake:

                          - Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. The cheesecake will continue to set as it cools.

                            - Once done, turn off the oven and crack the oven door, allowing the cheesecake to cool slowly to prevent cracks.

                              Chill:

                                - Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Before serving, prepare the topping by drizzling chocolate ganache over the cheesecake. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top for added texture and flavor.

                                      Slice and Enjoy:

                                        - Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake into wedges. Serve chilled and savor each delicious bite!
