1 pound cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Tortilla chips or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Sriracha, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth.

      Add the Lobster: Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat, green onions, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the mixture. Make sure to mix it without breaking up the lobster pieces too much.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the lobster mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.

          Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the lobster mixture.

            Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette.
