2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon + 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to help lift out the brownies later.
