Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Cream:

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)

For the Cold Brew:

1 cup coarsely ground coffee

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)

For Sweetening (optional):

2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or your sweetener of choice

Instructions

Prepare Cold Brew:

    - In a large jar or pitcher, combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir well to ensure all grounds are saturated.

      - Cover and let steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

        - After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove grounds. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

          Make Pumpkin Cream:

            - In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.

              - Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip; you want it to be fluffy but pourable.

                Assemble the Drink:

                  - Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the cold brew over the ice.

                    - If desired, sweeten your cold brew with maple syrup or your choice of sweetener, stirring until incorporated.

                      - Spoon a generous dollop of pumpkin cream on top of the cold brew.

                        - Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

                          Serve and Enjoy:
