Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (plus extra for dusting)

24 ladyfinger cookies

2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine the cooled coffee with coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside.

Make the Pumpkin Spice Cream: In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined and fluffy.

Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy. Lay half of the soaked ladyfingers in an even layer at the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish.

Layer the Pumpkin Mixture: Spread half of the pumpkin spice cream mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Repeat Layering: Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and layer them on top of the pumpkin cream. Finish by spreading the remaining pumpkin spice cream over the top.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the tiramisu to firm up.

Serve: Before serving, dust the top with additional pumpkin spice and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
