1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray

Prep the Chicken: Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If they are thick, consider slicing them in half horizontally to ensure even cooking.

    Setup Dipping Stations: In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

      Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat it in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing down lightly to ensure it adheres well.
