Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch fresh ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

1 cup broccoli florets

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.

Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same pan, add red bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine & Season: Return the cooked shrimp to the pan. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Finish & Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
