8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works great)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain and set aside.
