Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 egg (for egg wash)

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Lay out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut the dough into rectangles of about 4x6 inches.

Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle.

Fold the dough over to form a pocket, sealing the edges by pressing them together with your fingers. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.

Place the sealed chicken bakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the chicken bakes for a golden finish. Drizzle a little olive oil on top for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.

Serve warm and enjoy your homemade Costco Chicken Bakes!
