1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (canned or frozen)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup ricotta cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 475°F (245°C).

    Prepare the Pizza Base: If using a store-bought pizza crust, follow the package instructions. For homemade crust, roll out your dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

      Make the Artichoke Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, ricotta cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well until combined.

        Assemble the Pizza:

          - Brush the pizza crust with olive oil to add flavor.

            - Evenly spread the artichoke mixture over the pizza base.

              - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the artichoke layer.
