Ingredients

12 oz jumbo pasta shells

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

½ cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Garlic and Tomatoes: Stir in the minced garlic and drained diced tomatoes, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

Prepare Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Mixtures: Add the beef mixture into the cream mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.

Stuff the Shells: Take each cooked jumbo shell and fill it generously with the beef and cream mixture. Place the stuffed shells in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Top the Casserole: Once the shells are all in the dish, pour any remaining cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the casserole.

Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
