Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Begin by cutting the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place half of the spinach leaves in the center of each tortilla. Layer half of the sautéed chicken on top of the spinach, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese and halved cherry tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up to encase the filling. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Toast the Wraps: Wipe out the skillet and return to medium heat. Add a little more olive oil if needed and place the wraps seam-side down. Toast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, let cool slightly, and then slice in half. Drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and serve warm.
