Ingredients

1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels and set aside.

Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Coating the Turkey: Place the turkey tenderloin in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the tenderloin, then use your hands to rub it evenly over the meat. Follow with a generous layer of the garlic herb butter mixture, spreading it all over the tenderloin.

Roasting: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast the turkey tenderloin for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If the butter begins to brown too quickly, tent the dish with aluminum foil.

Resting: Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This will help keep it moist and juicy.

Serving: Slice the tenderloin into medallions and serve with the remaining garlic butter drizzled on top. Garnish with lemon wedges for an extra zesty flavor.
