1 lb fresh fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia), cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable broth

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Sauté the Aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
