1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a little bit of oil to prevent sticking.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the frozen corn, sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

Pour into Slow Cooker: Transfer the corn mixture into the prepared slow cooker, spreading it out evenly.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours. Stir occasionally until the cheese has melted and the corn is heated through.

Serve: Once done, give it a good stir to mix everything together. Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired, and serve hot alongside your favorite dishes.
