Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Season the Pork Chops: Start by patting the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.

Sear the Pork Chops (Optional): Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little bit of oil, and once hot, sear the pork chops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. This step adds extra flavor but is optional if you're short on time.

Prepare the Slow Cooker: In a slow cooker, place the seared (or unseared) pork chops in a single layer.

Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Combine and Cook: Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker, making sure they are well coated.

Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).

Serve: Once done, carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker. Spoon some of the garlic Parmesan sauce over them and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Enjoy: Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables, and drizzle more of that rich sauce on top.
