Ingredients
  

4 bone-in pork chops (about ¾ inch thick)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

    Sear the Pork Chops (Optional): In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. This step adds flavor but is optional if you’re short on time.

      Layer in the Slow Cooker: Place the seared (or raw, if skipping the searing step) pork chops in the slow cooker.

        Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well blended.

          Pour the Sauce Over the Chops: Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce evenly over the pork chops in the slow cooker.

            Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.

              Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker. Spoon some of the sauce over the chops and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
