1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or milk chocolate)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

1/2 cup additional mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.

      Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is well combined and has a thick, dough-like consistency.

        Press about two-thirds of the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. This will form the crust layer.

          Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.

            Crumble the remaining dough mixture over the chocolate chips and marshmallows to create a topping layer.

              Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers and additional mini marshmallows on top.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.

                  Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes. Then, using the parchment paper overhang, lift the bars out of the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

                    Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your delicious S'mores Bars!
