1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (about 5-6 sheets)

Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butters and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until the mixture is fluffy and light, about 2-3 minutes.

      Add Egg and Vanilla: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and continue to blend until well combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

          Mix Dry into Wet: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

            Fold In Treats: Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers, ensuring an even distribution.

              Scoop the Dough: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one as they will spread.
