Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers (for topping)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt until well combined.

      Stir in the melted butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly but can hold together when pressed.

        Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create a crust layer. Use the back of a measuring cup for even pressing.

          Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the fudge layer.

            In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and completely melted.

              Remove from heat and fold in the mini marshmallows, making sure they are evenly distributed.

                Pour the fudge mixture over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.

                  Sprinkle the finely crushed graham crackers and the mini chocolate chips on top of the fudge layer.

                    Bake in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the fudge is set. Be careful not to overbake!

                      Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.

                        Once cooled, refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up the fudge before cutting into bars.

                          Slice into squares or bars and enjoy your delicious S'mores Fudge Bars!
