2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Cook the Spaghetti: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
