For the Rolls:

1 cup warm milk (110°F)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh strawberry slices

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra strawberry slices for garnish

Prepare the Dough: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

    Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling: In the meantime, in a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Gently fold in the fresh strawberry slices.

        Roll Out the Dough: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

          Assemble the Rolls: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll the dough tightly from the long side, then cut into 12 equal pieces.

            Second Rise: Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover with a towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

              Bake the Rolls: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.

                Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
