Ingredients

1 package (1 lb.) refrigerated crescent roll dough

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Roll Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Pinch the seams together to create a single sheet without perforations.

Make Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add Strawberries: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries to the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Spread Filling: Spread the cream cheese and strawberry mixture evenly over the unrolled crescent roll dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll and Cut: Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Slice the log into 8 equal rolls using a sharp knife.

Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. This mixture will be used as a topping for added crunch.

Place on Sheet: Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Sprinkle the graham cracker topping evenly over the rolls.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.

Make Icing: While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.

Drizzle and Serve: Once the rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and serve with whipped cream if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
