Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional: additional strawberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.

Layer the Ingredients: In two mason jars or containers, layer half of the oat mixture at the bottom. Then, add a layer of sliced strawberries followed by a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.

Repeat Layers: Add the remaining oat mixture on top of the strawberry layer, then finish with the rest of the sliced strawberries and another sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for crunch.

Chill Overnight: Cover the jars or containers tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This lets the oats absorb the flavors and creates a creamy texture.

Serve and Garnish: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If desired, top with additional fresh strawberries and mint leaves for an extra pop of color and freshness.
