Ingredients

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 package (12 oz) angel food cake, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with powdered sugar (if using) and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.

Make the Fluff Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until well incorporated.

Add in the Cake and Marshmallows: Fold the bite-sized pieces of angel food cake and mini marshmallows into the fluff base. Mix gently to avoid breaking the cake pieces.

Incorporate Strawberries: Add the marinated strawberries into the mixture and fold them in carefully until evenly distributed.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This also makes the salad nice and cool.

Serve: Just before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top and enjoy!
