Ingredients
  

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (your choice)

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the strawberries, dice the kiwi, and keep the blueberries ready.

    Layering the Parfaits:

      - Start with a layer of Greek yogurt (about 1/3 cup) at the bottom of a glass or jar.

        - Add a layer of granola (about 1/4 cup) over the yogurt.

          - Add a layer of mixed fruits (1/3 of the strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi).

            Repeat Layers: Continue the layering process until the glasses or jars are filled to the top—aim for about three layers in total, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.

              Drizzle with Honey: If desired, drizzle a tablespoon of honey on top of the final fruit layer for added sweetness.

                Garnish: Add fresh mint leaves on top for presentation and extra flavor.
