Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened for a balanced sweetness)

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cocoa powder or powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed together and form a thick, sticky mixture.

Chill the Mixture: Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the mixture firm up, making it easier to shape into balls.

Form the Snowballs: Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Using your hands, take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball (about the size of a golf ball). Continue this process until all of the mixture is rolled into balls.

Coat the Snowballs: If desired, roll each snowball in cocoa powder or powdered sugar for a dusting that gives the appearance of snow. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped nuts or chocolate chips to some of the balls for variety!

Chill Before Serving: Place the coated snowballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes to set.

Serve and Enjoy: The Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs are now ready to serve! Enjoy them as a sweet treat during the holidays or any special occasion.
