Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 cup warm water

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup seasoned nacho cheese sauce

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Jalapeño slices (optional)

Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Beef: Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef and add the warm water. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Prepare Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.

Assemble the Burritos: Lay each tortilla flat and spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce. Add a generous scoop of the seasoned beef, followed by cooked rice (if using), shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.

Fold & Roll: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up until it's fully wrapped. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Toast (optional): For added texture, you can lightly toast the burritos in a pan with a little oil until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve: Cut each burrito in half and serve with salsa on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
