1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup warm water

4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 cup cooked rice (white or Mexican style)

1 small onion, diced

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: diced jalapeños or hot sauce for an extra kick

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef:

    - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

      - Add the diced onion and sauté until softened (about 3-4 minutes).

        - Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

          Season the Meat:

            - Stir in the taco seasoning and warm water. Mix well and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.

              Prepare the Tortillas:

                - Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.

                  Assemble the Burrito:

                    - Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface.
