Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal of the cloud bread later.

    Whip the Egg Whites: In a large mixing bowl, add the egg whites and cream of tartar. Using an electric mixer, beat them on medium speed until soft peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

      Add Sugar: Gradually add the granulated sugar to the whipped egg whites, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat. Once all the sugar is added, increase the speed to high and whip until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.

        Combine Cream Cheese: In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until it’s smooth and well blended. If you want to add food coloring, mix it into this bowl.

          Fold Mixtures Together: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the air you’ve created! Fold until just combined.
