Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 banana, frozen

1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh fruit (like sliced kiwi, strawberries, or additional mango) for garnish

Coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, frozen banana, coconut milk, honey, Greek yogurt (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed well.

Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.

Once blended, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, creating a thick, creamy base.

Top the smoothie bowl generously with granola, and arrange your fresh fruit slices around the bowl.

Sprinkle a few chia seeds and coconut flakes on top if desired. Finish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of flavor and decoration.

Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy your tropical delight!
