Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

Olive oil or butter for grilling

Optional: sliced tomatoes or pickles for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens and the remaining cheddar cheese.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of each tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is secure inside.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add a little olive oil or butter to the pan. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. If you prefer a melty cheese texture, cover the pan with a lid for the last minute of cooking.

Serve: Once grilled, remove the wraps from the pan and slice diagonally. Serve warm with optional sliced tomatoes or pickles on the side.
