1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

½ cup red cabbage, finely shredded

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ avocado, sliced (for topping)

Optional: lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Tuna: In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Make the Strawberry Slaw: In another bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, shredded red cabbage, and chopped cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Pour this dressing over the strawberry and cabbage mixture and toss gently to combine. Set aside.

Heat the Tortillas: In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable and slightly toasted.

Assemble the Tacos: Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture on each tortilla. Top with a generous amount of strawberry slaw and a couple of slices of avocado.

Serve: Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
