Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 cup onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, Velveeta cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the Velveeta is melted and everything is well combined.

Add Pasta: Fold the cooked bowtie pasta into the beef and cheese mixture, tossing to ensure the pasta is fully coated.

Heat Through: Continue to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.

Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your creamy beefy delight!
