Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup shelled and chopped pistachios (reserve 2 tablespoons for topping)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries (optional, for a tart contrast)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal later. This will ensure your fudge does not stick.

Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to let it burn.

Add Flavorings: Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until evenly mixed.

Incorporate Pistachios: Fold in the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries or cherries (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.

Pour into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Tap the dish gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the reserved chopped pistachios on top of the fudge, gently pressing them down into the surface.

Chill: Cover the fudge with plastic wrap or foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares or rectangles for serving.

Enjoy: Share with friends and family or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
